Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vincent Selvakumar mobile application (the "App") operated by VOJ Media ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Permitted Use

The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

• Access and view content (videos, songs, magazines, bible studies) available to your access level
• Download content for offline personal use within the App
• Create personal notes, bookmarks, and highlights
• Register for meetings and events
• Access PPD (Personal Prophecy Diary) content if enrolled

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Share, redistribute, or republish any content from the App without written permission
• Copy, download, or extract content for distribution outside the App
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App or its content
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services

5. Intellectual Property

All content available through the App — including but not limited to sermons, videos, songs, writings, magazine articles, bible studies, prophecies, graphics, and trademarks — is the property of VOJ Media, Vincent Selvakumar, or their respective content owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Content Access Levels

Some content within the App requires specific access levels, subscriptions, or group memberships. Access to restricted content (including PPD prophecies, premium videos, and certain magazines) is granted at our sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time.

7. Live Streams and Events

Live streams may require password or group verification to access. Meeting registrations are subject to availability and event-specific terms. We reserve the right to cancel or modify events at any time.

8. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving notifications about new content, live streams, events, and ministry updates. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:

• The availability, reliability, or continuity of the App
• The accuracy or completeness of any content
• That the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOJ Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other damages.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may also delete your account at any time (see our Data Deletion Policy).

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
